Product Introduction

The α-spectrum series detectors are ultra-compact sized charged particle detectors developed based on cadmium zinc telluride (CZT) crystals. They can be used in both environmental and vacuum levels, offering extremely high energy resolution for α-rays.


The charged particle detector includes a high-resolution CZT crystal, a high-quality visible light shielding window, and a metal encapsulated casing. It can operate under visible light conditions, and the window material is durable enough to withstand multiple cleanings. Manufactured domestically, these detectors offer better temperature stability and cost-effectiveness compared to imported PIPS detectors.

Effective detection area: 400/490/900 mm² (other sizes customizable)

Energy resolution: <1.0% @ 5.48 MeV, vacuum
