Product Introduction

The MPS-256 multi-pixel spectroscopic imaging module is composed of single or multiple CZT imaging units, where each CZT imaging unit utilizes a 16X16 pixel detector, matched with a backend low-noise dedicated ASIC for readout. It measures energy ranges from 20 keV to 700 keV, meeting the application requirements in fields such as gamma cameras, SPECT, and others.


Key Performance Indicators:

Energy Range: 20keV~700keV

Energy Resolution: 90% of pixels < 6.5% @ 122keV, at room temperature

Single Pixel Size: 1.5×1.5mm²
