The energy spectrum testing system is primarily used for the energy spectrum evaluation of semiconductor detectors. This system consists of customized test fixtures, a charge-sensitive preamplifier, a portable spectrum analyzer (digital multi-channel pulse analyzer, high and low voltage power supply), and PC-based processing software.
