The SPCW is a counting-type detection module based on CZT detectors, consisting of a CZT composite detector, a high-gain charge-sensitive amplifier, and an SK shaping circuit within the product. It can detect dose rates ranging from 0.1 μGy/h to 1 Gy/h, featuring a low energy threshold of 15 keV and excellent energy response.
