The minimal dose system is an ultra-compact radiation detection module that utilizes a new type of room-temperature semiconductor detector with high sensitivity and a wide detection range—cadmium zinc telluride (CdZnTe, referred to as CZT) detector. It integrates a low-noise charge-sensitive preamplifier with an ultra-low power consumption high-voltage and low-power backend digital processing circuit. Equipped with built-in intelligent algorithms, it can convert detected X and gamma-ray signals into dose data and directly output it via a serial port.
